Explained: How SRH Can Still Qualify For IPL 2021 Playoffs. SRH hasn’t had the best of times in the IPL 2021, but it will be a huge turnaround if they can still make it to the playoffs as there is a possibility for it. The Kane Williamson-led side’s recent win against the Rajasthan Royals has given them a feather of hope but it is not going to be easy.

So far, they have registered just 4 points from 10 games and are lying at the bottom position in the points table. They still have four matches to go against the likes of CSK, KKR, RCB, and MI, and every match from here on will be of huge importance. Here is How SRH can still qualify for IPL 2021 playoffs.

How SRH Can Still Qualify For IPL 2021 Playoffs:

SRH might not be able to qualify for the playoffs despite just winning all their remaining games. They will need some help from the likes of MI, KKR, PBKS, and RR if they have to make it to the playoffs. For SRH to qualify, two conditions will have to take place and the primary one is SRH should win all their remaining games in IPL 2021. Even if they lose one game, they will be out of the race for the playoffs.

SRH after winning all their remaining games will be hoping that the other results also go their way. The second condition will be for MI, KKR, and PBKS, and RR to win just one game from their remaining games. If the primary one and the second condition take place, then SRH will make the playoffs without depending on the net run rate.

SRH will be ideally qualified as the fourth-placed team from the points table with 12 points if those two conditions take place, and the other teams qualifying with the side would be Delhi, Chennai, and RCB as the top three sides. SRH do not have much time to regroup and they will have to be on their toes from their next games.

SRH’s next fixture in IPL 2021 will be against the Chennai Super Kings on September 30 evening.
