As far as both the teams are concerned, Mumbai Indians went ahead with a massive change in their last game as they dropped Ishan Kishan from their first eleven and went ahead with Saurabh Tiwary, who eventually went on to become MI’s highest run-getter in the game against Punjab Kings. Suryakumar Yadav’s form has been a cause of concern for the side and they will be hoping for some fireworks from him today.

As far as Delhi Capitals are concerned, they might go ahead with Amit Mishra, who hasn’t played a game so far in the UAE leg of IPL 2021 in place of Lalit Yadav. Once again, they will be heavily reliant on their fast bowling duo of Kagiso Rabada and Anrich Nortje. It will be interesting to see if Prithvi Shaw makes a comeback to the first eleven after missing out on the last game due to a niggle.

The IPL 2021 playoffs are now at stake and the coming week will prove to be a massive one in terms of qualification for the playoffs. Currently, Chennai Super Kings (CSK) and Delhi Capitals are the two teams who have already qualified for the IPL 2021 playoffs. SunRisers Hyderabad are the team who have been eliminated from the tournament and they do not have a chance of qualification.
